Alpine Spa Bella Vita

Enjoy the breathtaking Matterhorn panorama in our adults only wellness area from the relaxation room, while relaxing in the bubble bath or while taking a footbath. The wellness oasis includes: Sauna, steam bath, infrared sauna, Kneipp basin, relaxation room, Arvenstube with water beds.

Our wellness area is a for hygienic reasons. In the wellness basket in your room you will find sauna towels, large towels and bathrobe.

We try to avoid waste in all areas and use energy and resources responsibly. You help us by bringing your own bath slippers. If required, you can obtain flip-flops from reception for a deposit fee.

Opening hours:
Summer: On request from 4 p.m. till 9 p.m.
Winter: 4.30 p.m. till 9 p.m.
On request we heat the sauna earlier in case of bad weather.

Alpine Bella Vita Private Spa

Treat yourself with a private time-out. Enjoy our wellness area for 2 hours with a glass of prosecco. For a perfect wellness experience in the mountains, the breathtaking Matterhorn panorama is included.

Breakfast

Why is our first-class breakfast buffet so famous? We serve you lots of homemade food - including rolls from our own bakery, "Mum's" jam and bircher muesli prepared with love. In addition, fresh treats such as fruits, egg dishes or orange and carrot juice are offered. Yoghurt and cheese come from our neighbours, sausage and meat from the village butcher's shop and the peppermint and lemon balm for the tea from our own garden. Are you missing something or would you like to reserve your favourite roll? Feel free to let us know.

Mountaineer breakfast possible earlier!

If you leave earlier and miss our breakfast, we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you the evening before instead. Please contact us at the reception.

It is not permitted to take away for later consumption. We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you on request. The list is available at the information board or at the reception.

Check-Out

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out of your room until 11 a.m. In case of a later departure, the luggage can be deposited in the library. Depending on availability, a late check-out is possible until 2 pm for a fee of CHF 50. If you would like a transfer to the train station, please let us know your departure time.

Dinner

Do not miss our weekly cheese evening and enjoy Fondue and Raclette from the “Horu cheese creamery” in our cosy restaurant. Here you find the menu for the evening: Menu Cheese Evening

For the other evenings we recommend a homemade soup, a Flammkuchen, a plate with local specialities from the region of Valais or a cheese fondue Moité-Moité. Enjoy the meal at our fireplace or on a mild summer day on our terrace with a spectacular view of the majestic Matterhorn.

We like animals very much, so your dogs are very welcome here! We charge CHF 15 per night incl. bowl and bedding (without food).

For a deposit fee, you can borrow hiking poles for your hike from us at the reception.

Send your loved ones holiday greetings from Zermatt. Hotel postcards are available free of charge at the reception. Stamps can also be obtained at the reception.

Massage

Pamper yourself from head to toe and relax with a soothing massage. In the spa area we release tension and give you peace and vitality. You will recharge your batteries and feel completely refreshed. Our range of massages includes classic massages, sports massages for active people, hot stone massages, head and facial massages and foot reflex massages.

During your visit, simply choose what feels good to you and book your massage at the reception in advance.

Night door

We close the glas entrance door in the evening (9.30 p.m. in summer and 10 p.m. in winter). Carry the code for the night door with you so that you can get into the building after this time.

Non-smoking hotel

We are a non-smoking hotel and ask you to use the ashtrays on the balcony.

Packed lunch

You will find a lunch list on the information board or at the reception. We will put together a lunch package for you according to your preferences, with homemade bread of course. Let us fill up your water bottle for you - hydro-flask water bottles are also available from us.

Prices

We have changed from our fixed season times and fixed prices to a more flexible pricing system.

Nothing new but worth mentioning: With this change we always guarantee you the best price on our website and on the phone at the time of your reservation and for the respective room category you want.

Your advantage: The earlier you book, the better your offer. From now on, our new prices will be based on current demand. So your planning pays off: An early reservation automatically ensures the best price for your next holiday.

Reception

We are open daily from 07.30 a.m. to 09.30 p.m. (summer) / 10 p.m. (winter). We are happy to help with information, insider tips or other requests.

Room cleaning

Our housekeeping team will ensure that your room is in perfect condition by 3.00 pm and that you want for nothing.

Sanitary products

Should you ever forget sanitary products such as conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, shaving foam or pads/tampons, you can obtain these for a small fee at the reception.

Sewing kit

Sewing kit is available at the reception.

Shoe cleaning material

You will find shoe cleaning materials in the ski room on the 1st lower floor.

Ski boot warmer

A ski boot warmer is available for you in the ski boot room on the 1st lower floor. We kindly ask you not to take your ski boots to your room.

Ski room

You can store your skis in the ski room next to the garage. This can be opened with a code so that your skis are safely stored.

Tickets for the lifts

You can have your ski pass or your single ticket for the hiking or biking tour purchased from us at the reception.

Umbrellas

Even in Zermatt it rains from time to time. You will find umbrellas at the reception.

Wash cloths

Wash cloths are available on request.

Wheelchair

We have a barrier-free hotel room, which has recently been completely renovated. Please contact us!

Wolli Card

The Wolli Card is a club card for children of guests who spent at least one night in the Zermatt – Matterhorn resort. It gives children up to the age of nine a host of benefits. These include:
