Fabienne
Fabienne Anthamatten is a hostess with heart and soul. Growing up in Zermatt, she has been helping out in her parents’ inn since she was a child. Since 2017, she has been carrying on the family tradition and skilfully combines the tried and tested with new, courageous ideas.

Hobbies: Mountains - in winter and summer, preferably with my loved ones

"The Bella Vista feels like coming home—to security and loved ones. To good food and drink, comfort, warmth, and hospitality. Combined with the concept of sustainability, this hotel has become a place that inspires me every day."
Hobbies: The slopes in winter, the Aare in summer. Reading, yoga, and my Tschinscher crew :)
Stefanie
Since autumn 2018 Stefanie, Fabienne’s younger sister, has been part of our team. She is a receptionist, guest manager and yoga teacher all in one.

Alexandra
Alexandra from Portugal has been living with her family in Zermatt for a long time and has been in our team as a chambermaid since 2002 (!).

Like everyone else here, this young Argentinean woman is a real stroke of luck! With her cheerful and upbeat manner, she always makes us laugh! This is her first summer season in housekeeping.

Marlisa
Marlisa grew up in Zermatt and lives with her family nearby. She joined our team in the summer of 2025 and rocks the bakery! At breakfast, she greets guests with a smile and spoils them with cappuccino, freshly prepared egg dishes and tea from the garden. What a way to start the day!

Silvia
Silvia is already our breakfast assistant for the second winter season and can also be found at reception this year. Definitely a woman for all occasions! As a native of Unterland, Zermatt was actually intended as a stopover, but that was 39 years ago :-)

Melanie
Melanie has just joined us and is working at our reception desk for the first winter. She is an absolute professional in this field. With her expertise and cheerful manner, guests at Bella Vista feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Katalin is originally from Hungary. She came to Zermatt 14 years ago and works in housekeeping. She keeps the Bella Vista sparkling clean.
