Do you smell the scent of homemade baked goods? Then you are at Bella Vista. In addition to delicacies from our own bakery, we spoil you at breakfast with homemade, seasonal and local specialities, freshly squeezed juices and teas from the garden. For the hunger in between, we are happy to prepare a typical Valais plate, a homemade soup or a hearty cheese fondue. Once a week we offer our popular cheese evening with raclette and fondue. Of course, we recommend the right Valais wine to go with it or with an aperitif. En Güeta and Santé.
Breakfast - Regional and Seasonal!
Enjoy our famous first-class breakfast buffet with fresh seasonal fruit, homemade rolls (brioche, pretzel rolls, fruit bread, ... ), homemade jam, freshly prepared egg dishes, homemade Birchermuesli, freshly squeezed orange and carrot juice, yoghurt and cheese from the neighbours, cereals, a large selection of loose teas, peppermint and lemon balm from our own garden, sausage and meat platter, and much more.

Breakfast for mountaineers possible earlier
Dinner: Small card, big quality
Every evening (except Wednesdays), we offer a small menu featuring dishes from our kitchen. We serve homemade soups, delicious tarte flambée, authentic traditional fondue, lovingly prepared Valais platters, or the daily special upon request (by 4:00 p.m. at the reception desk).
Fancy a snack between meals? We serve from 1 p.m. on the terrace or by the roaring open fire in the lobby.
Bella Vista cheese evening
Every Tuesday, Bella Vista transforms into a Valais cheese bar. Enjoy raclette from the Horu cheese dairy in Zermatt and various fondue creations with a variety of side dishes, fresh salads, and homemade desserts from the Bella Vista kitchen with family or friends.

Our terrace – your place in the sun with a view of the Matterhorn
Take a seat on our terrace and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. After a successful day on the white slopes or the blossoming hiking trails, with a good book or with friends to toast: we will pamper you and your loved ones! Tea from our own herb garden, homemade mulled wine, coffee, cake, fresh soups, and light meals—when you visit our terrace, you'll not only recharge your batteries, but also soak up plenty of sunshine!
With the Matterhorn always in view and the village of Zermatt at your feet, it's wonderful when your thoughts can wander in such peaceful surroundings.
Packed lunch
We would be happy to prepare your individual lunch package for you. Enjoy a delicious picnic during your hiking or biking tour.
For a refill we ask you to bring your own bottle. You also have the possibility to purchase a Hydro Flask from us.
