Fabienne Anthamatten is a hostess with heart and soul. Growing up in Zermatt, she has been helping out in her parents’ inn since she was a child. Since 2017, she has been carrying on the family tradition and skilfully combines the tried and tested with new, courageous ideas.
With her respectful manner, a consistently sustainable way of thinking and charming attention to detail, such as the daily freshly baked breakfast rolls each day, she brings nature, the body and soul of our guests into balance. For Fabienne, the hotel "Bella Vista" is a project of the heart – where she and her wonderful team create real moments of well-being.
Personally
Fabienne is a child of the mountains. As a Zermatt native, she knows the surrounding mountains like the back of her hand. Whether hiking, mountaineering, climbing or on extended ski tours – Fabienne appreciates the peace and the power of this wonderful nature. She has climbed all of the Zermatt mountains and, just like in the hospitality industry, she has enjoyed finding her very own way to the summit.
She shares her passion with her husband Simon, mountain guide and helicopter pilot with Air Zermatt. They both love being in the mountains together – they are happy to pass on their experiences to our hotel guests.
